FYI, solved the problem. I was using the iPhone app. I logged on the web version, and saw my last move didn’t register. I redid my move.

There appears to be a bug. I have moved but it says it's my turn. I cannot play another move because it isn't my turn and my timer is ticking. Can you solve this please?
I am playing against someone named Djon15 on a 3 day time limit. Since I made my last move, I see my own timer going down, but my opponent’s timer is still full at 3 days.
My next move will win me the game by checkmate…. But I’m worried game will show me as losing by time.
It’s definitely not my turn, I can’t do anything except watch my timer go down 😵
Any ideas?
