I ordered Mittens Plush and a shirt on Dec 3 and I haven't seen anything about shipping or confirmation email or anything. Who do I contact about this?

I believe the plush was a pre-order but the shop has a support page, so you should use that to check on your order.

*Please note: This product is available as "Preorder" with limited inventory availability. The stock is anticipated to be available to ship by the middle of December, 2023. Orders will be fulfilled upon production completion.

Correct. They said something about it being shipped on the 9th I thought. But I figured I’d get an email regarding my order. I never even got a confirmation. I will check the support page for the shop! Thanks!
