Hello! I got paired up with 1200 while being 1060 in a random game of rapid. He won and I lost my rating points. So my question is - is that even fair? As I found out, chess.com pairs opponents within about 25 rating points. But if difference is 140 elo. Want to get help and warn chess.com about these technical issues.

You can set the range of opponents ratings above and below your own. Your range must be set to plus and minus infinity.

If you narrow the range, finding a match may take longer.
