Pairing System Big Problem

Hello! I played 10 games and all the players i was playing against was 1500, 500 and 1600. please can you change this. when i keep the pairing to 2000- unlimited, it takes hours to get paired and even sometimes not get paired with any player. I find lichess more convienient in playing games as i get all opponents of my lvl. whereas here i get paired with 500,1600 and max is 2000 maybe.

Please solve this issue

I see two games with mismatches but not ten.

/ You said in another thread that you hadn't put in the ratings ranges you want to play in settings.   This is what happens when you don't put in any range.  If you put a +100/-100 range around your rating,  I don't think you will have those problems any more.

I don't know exactly why you have long waits sometimes but I suspect it is because you play the 3 1 time control, which is new and may not be a popular choice apart from Titled Tuesday.

Hi. Firstly, if u check detailed u can see 10 games, or near to 10, actually there are games which have more less rating but i aborted the games too many and secondly, you can clearly see i played 5min game every normal game. And i also it takes much much time if i take rating range like 2000- unlimited. Maybe nowadays chess. Com is having bugs alot. That's why I said, chess.com better c consentrate on improving site rather than controversies
