Hi, I haven’t played in chess.com for about six years I’m almost certain that I cancelled my account. I’ve discovered that annual payments have been taken out of my account. I’m no w 84 yrs old and unable to play. Will you please explain why these payments have been taken, your records will confirm mt inactivity. You’ll see also that I’ve change d my email address.

The system does not look at account activity; if you have a subscription it will renew at the end of the term unless canceled. You can contact support using the Help option in the menu and they should be able to assist you
