I paid for a diamond subscription and this platform has been doing nothing but breaking down over the last 2 months - ruining the games I started and keeping me from playing when I want to. I've already disabled my automatic billing but I think myself and everyone on this site deserves a refund. I don't care about the traffic excuse, it's been growing for the last 3 years, this didn't happen yesterday. Chess.com has made 10s of millions of dollars but must be spending their money on things other than their own infrastructure.

You're right though, the site has been growing for a while but the January spike of traffic doubling was well beyond anything projected. Staff have been working on a lot of different fronts to handle all the load and get positioned for 3-5x more growth. A lot has been done and the site has been very stable recently and there's still work being completed
