Paying for a broken platform

Hello, I want my money back. I paid for a diamond subscription and this platform has been doing nothing but breaking down over the last 2 months - ruining the games I started and keeping me from playing when I want to. I've already disabled my automatic billing but I think myself and everyone on this site deserves a refund. I don't care about the traffic excuse, it's been growing for the last 3 years, this didn't happen yesterday. Chess.com has made 10s of millions of dollars but must be spending their money on things other than their own infrastructure.

You need to request a refund directly to get one

You're right though, the site has been growing for a while but the January spike of traffic doubling was well beyond anything projected. Staff have been working on a lot of different fronts to handle all the load and get positioned for 3-5x more growth. A lot has been done and the site has been very stable recently and there's still work being completed
