Support doesn't use an email anymore. You should be able to get the bot to open a ticket. Select the billing option/payment option when starting the process

I registered for chess.com and provided my credit card. However, banking system consider chess.com as fraud merchant since it is not register with "Mandat Hub" and using "Standing instruction" for payment. Can chess.com accept one time payment method please?
