It can take a few days to get a reply to tickets.
That said, multiple accounts are not allowed without staff approval.

I’m pretty sure the tos literally says they can ban you for ANY reason
If they don’t like your face they can ban you
They can ban everyone who has e as the seventh character in their username
The only reason they can’t is because people could go to other places and expose them for this, and a lot of people would probably be upset.
