How long do they normally take, because I requested my first one like 3 weeks ago.
No, that's too long. A day at the most.
I have requested a PGN file with my games, numerous times, but have yet to receive one. Do I need a chess.com email, does it come through alerts or my normal email. I've checked my normal email and my spam folder and I can't find it.
