Phantom Notifications on iOS App 4.9.44

I know this is bothering me more than it should but I have two phantom notifications on the “more” tab that constantly pop up. I f I close the app completely they arent there but if I keep the app open the appear after a while.
Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this? I went through everything I thought may be the source of the notifications but cannot find any. They are also not appearing on desktop.
App version 4.9.44
