Pieces disappear/browser reload necessary

Hello,

Since three days I experience some problems with chess.com. It happens nearly every time I switch to one of my online games. I move a piece, either in "Analyze" or the "real board" that the piece disappears. I have to reload the browser window.

Does anybody else have this problem? Any solutions?

What operating system, and what browser?

I'm not experiencing this problem, but if you're not using Firefox on OS X that's not much help to you to tell if it's a general problem or specific to your browser, your computer, or your account.

If nobody recognises the problem, I'd suggest trying another browser and the same browser on a different computer to try to isolate where the problem is.

I`m using windows vista and mozilla firefox.

I did what you suggested. The results are that the website works on chrome and on other computers, but with firefox flawless. Therefore i reckon that it is some issue with firefox. I have updated it, deactivated add-ons etc. but the problem remains.

Have you tried clearing out your browsing data in Firefox?

Yes, but it didn`t solve the problem.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I resolved the problem. My browser was infected with some spam/malware named "coupondropdown", that somehow conflicted with flash. Due to my add-blocker I didn`t realize that it was there.
