Hello,
Sometimes when I move the piece I must repeat the movement several times to reach the new position so I loss by time
Try using the latest versions of firefox or chrome (recommended), and NOT internet explorer, especially the 9th version.
And clean your browser's cache. And make sure your java is up to date.
