Pieces still not moving

The problem still persists that my pieces do not move. This has forced me to move to another chess site. I also feel bad that when a game starts, I have to abort the game because of this.
How can I obtain a refund for my membership? It's so strange that it was working fine until now and all of a sudden, this problem cropped up out of nowhere.
If you're unable to move that indicates a connection issue. You might check that your browser doesn't have a pending update.
That said, if you want a refund you'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu. Be sure to choose the billing/refund related option.
