Help!

When I use my laptop, which is brand new, and has windows 7, my board pieces will not appear.  I have cleared cache, tried firefos, internet explorer and google chrome?

I am not sure if this clears your cache or anything as I have not used it, Try this here -

Thanks for the link Chess Boy, I tried that before posting the forum.  I went through all the suggestions they make, but none work.  I have written to chess.com IT support now, but anything else anyone can suggest would be appreciated.

The key point, I think, is that this laptop has windows 7?  Has anyone else experienced issues?

Update;  It's not the laptop, it's the T Mobile dongle?  When I use the same laptop at home connected to broadband, it's okay, but when out of the home, using dongle, the problem occurs.  Any ideas?

 

Other sites work perfectly well on the dongle, for instance my wife uses cafe world on facebook which has loads of moving images etc, all works fine, it's just chess.com so far?  I have contacted T mobile IT helpdesk also, but no joy so far.
