My platinum membership auto renewed last month but I havn’t been able to access any of the benefits since the renewal rolled over. My account went back to basic membership level. I emailed customer support got an initial reply within days with instructions to send a screen shot of the receipt of my credit card payment. I did this straight away but it’s now been more than 2 weeks and I still havn’t had a reply and the problem persists. Very frustrating and would appreciate any help how to get my problem resolved.
