player's clock not ticking and tourney's stuck

Ya'll, I am playing in this current 'Sporty Chess' tourney with 6 other opponents. One of them doesn't move any anymore though his clock still shows him with 1 day 14 hours left. The trouble being that it's been over 2 weeks now. He's not on vacation. The TD has no clue and suggest that I refer this issue to the staff. So here's my last email to the TD snookermad:

the player Baconator24 who's enrolled in the sporty tourney seems to have an issue with his clock. My last move in the tourney was probably 10 days ago and he's still IN for the games. This player's clock still shows 2 days 17 hours left; however yesterday he just had 32 hours left so basically he's clock acts as a ROLLER COASTER and for some reasons this player is not playing anyone in this tourney. How come he's not moving but not timed out?
He's still active, no vacation so far. I can see he's been playing games outside the tourney 7 hours ago.
Our group (group# 4) is not moving because this player is not playing though still IN.
Could you possibly check and see what can be done, thx?

Any way someone can troubleshoot this issue and have the tourney carry on?

Hi it seems there was no response to this. Similar problem in my tourney and wondered what the solution is

Your opponent probably goes on vacation for a short period of time (less than 24 hours).  When he deactivates vacation, the time remaining to 24 hours is added to his clock in all games.

I just had a closer look at this player. I am wondering whether he's a computer or a joke. He has 330 outstanding games currently !

I can hardly play seriously with my 14 games. My last move was over 2 weeks ago, I doubt vacation - even tiny - is the answer. I do believe however that there is  a loophole in the tournament pgm being used. Any way to override some tourney in progress settings. For instance, forcing a user to make his move within a specific time period?

Other suggestions?

Type vacation abuse in the Search the Forums' box and browse through the threads.  What you are encountering is common in tournaments.
