Playing board very 'sticky'

I wonder if you can help.

The board is very sticky .. if that makes sense. Very difficult to play on. Sort of 'draggy'.

I was using Internet Explorer (it was sticky), so I changed to Firefox, and now it's even worse!

I'm not enjoying playing on it at all.

Any idea how I can fix it?

Hi Jo. I use Safari on the iPad and IE on the laptop. Both seem to be okay at the moment. Hope you get it sorted soon.

Hi Mark .. It was fine with IE for years, and then one day a while back, the chess board suddenly went all wonky. I contacted tech help, but they blamed the browser, and suggested I change it. But apart from the issue with chess.com, IE was perfectly okay with other sites, so I just put up with it. Then .. a few days ago, I had a problem with Google Search which I couldn't resolve, so I downloaded Firefox. Google search is now fine, but chess.com is even worse!

The tech help here isn't up to much is it?
