Check your settings and make sure you don't have the multiple games one on. If you can disable it, do that.
Did you try?
I suggest going to the page with that setting and using the Help > Report a Bug so a formal ticket gets opened about it. I've asked staff, but that is probably the best way to get it resolved.
Did you have membership before? Maybe it was turned on when you had membership and then it got cancelled but it was still on so it got glitched. :/

Sad story I was gonna cash in on my free 1 week trial but it ask for bank account info and all
