Can you tell me what to do? After a recent update to the site, everything on the right side of my page, including tournaments and messages, won't open. Everything is now at the bottom of my profile. It's as if I've been returned to the old version. How can I fix this? When I go to the Correspondence Tournaments section, I can't see how many tournaments are open. I tried beta testing, but it doesn't help.
I wrote to three support staff members three days ago. I gave them my email address so they could find an employee and help solve the problem. So far, no one has written back or helped me. Please help me. Thank you. I also wrote to customer support. No response.
