I have a problem on my match up with another player it says he has 44 minutes to move this has already been a weeks time I believe it was a 24 hour game his time to move has clearly elapsed I’ve reported this everyday nothings being done ????

Do you have a good connection when you try?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Or are you seeing this via browser?
