Чат-бот, верно, удобен. Просьба всё же его доработать по части оповещения - уведомлений. Дело в том, что после вопросов и пр. я получаю ответ, да, но оповещение об этом нет ни на сайте ни в почте. Потом лишь узнаю, что мне отвечали, но ч -то не знал об этом. Сейчас уже понял, что периодически нужно нажимать на знак вопроса в левой ветке главной страницы. Сколько времени дается пользователю сайта, чтобы успеть ответить на вопросы поддержки? День, два, неделя?
