Point Refund

I just clicked find a game once and it randomly spawned in two games for me to play yes I know I could've turned off multiple games at once but I didn't know that was a feature so its hard to focus but I play anyways and eventually lose the first game and for some reason I can't get back into my second game and I lost points due to abandon even though chess.com didn't let me enter my other game and I'm kind of mad cause I went from 1776 to 1768 even though it isn't my fault so I hope this reaches a moderator and fingers crossed I can get a refund of points
