I REALLY apologize for his dilemma but Jesus. For good public relations, I sure Chess.com wouldn't mind extending his paid membership for 2 weeks after all this is straightened out. Either that, or we could mount a military offense to storm Erik's home. I'll meet you at the airport, bring AMMO, I'm leaving now.

The OP is incapable of explaining clearly what his problem is, and then is surprised and angry when no-one chess.com understands his problem. Well guess what . not many folks are mind-readers.
Instead of explaining in a coherent way direct to chess.com, he instead rants and raves in open forum.
Stop behaving like a cry-baby who stamps their feet, and tell the company who you have established a legal relation with, in a coherent way, what your problem is. You may actully find that last approach works !

Well forgive me for confusing you. I will explain again just for you all that I said before: I was on Facebook, purchased a Gold Membership and it never got activated. I have sent several emails over the last several days to FB and to Chess.com and just today I received the first reply from Chess.com that they recieved my message and it will take them 1-2 business days to reply back. Now raise your hand if you don't understand.
