I just played a guy who has reached 2352 rapid and is only 1400 blitz and 1300 bullet how is that possible?

I just played a 1700+ who I was dominating. Had like 50% accuracy through 20+ moves then made perfect moves 20 moves in a row and wins. So fun to spend all that time and energy on a game just to have it taken by b.s.

Chess.com is not doing anything about players who cheat.i have reported a number of players who used engines on me and nothing is being done.it looks like it's okay to get hints on chess.com because nothing is being done, people use engine the entire game
