our site has never been hacked. we have, however, had people's accounts compromised because they use passwords like "chess". go figure.
Possible hacking here?

Pieces disappearing is a fairly common quirk, refreshing the page generally brings them back.
My password consists of many different numeric and alphabetical characters. I Would never use a pass like chess lol. I had already tried your opinion beelzebub666. I refreshed 3 times. I closed the browser and brought it back up. I restarted the computer as well and tried, but I was still missing the pieces. Game URL is http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=15478201#.

If you open the analysis board or just check the moves the last move i made was 16. Kh1. Also I was incorrect about the Rook. It is still there. Basically Within an hour I lost 2 of my own moves it seems. Thanks for your replies. I guess I will delete the account and try to make another one with an even more complex pass. Only thing I can think of is that my account was hacked.
I took a look at your game, and yes, you have lost a queen, rook and knight. I also saw that your opponent has played nearly 700 games here. Don't you think that maybe he would have been caught by now if hacking was his modus operandi? or perhaps, you think you have been singled out by him? It's more likely that something occured your end (I don't know your personal circumstances/habits):
1. Someone found your computer on chess.com and played some moves for you, do you have children nearby?
2. Perhaps you had been drinking and forgot?
I mean no disrespect with the above suggestions, they just seem more likely.
Hey guys,
I am new to chess.com . I was wondering if anyone else has had problems being hacked by other players or so it seems. I really didn't suspect anything because the player was just under my rating and in the middle of the game on what i thought was to be my next turn after waiting an hour, I somehow lost a queen; knight; and rook (one of which was in any possible position to be captured). If anyone knows where I can report anything like this please reply back. I considered that it could just be a glitch, but it just seems very unlikely.
