Here's a question, I am a basic member that wants to post an article. How?? Do I need to do anything first? Where's the button to post one? So many questions!

...go to "FORUMS" (on top bar)

Today's Hot Topic (or any other)

...and top left, "Post New Topic"

As far as I can see all members can post blogs and they can post in the forums.

In the other categories, Chess Articles, Daily Columns and Chess News most members can not.

So if you want to post an article you have the choise to either post it as a blog post or a forum post.
