Premium chess.com member - discount on ChessKid gold?

I've tried using the AI help tool on both sites and that's not proving to be very helpful for this particular question, so thanks for the human review / response

as you can see I have a premium chess.com account, and am trying to look into buying a gold ChessKid account for my son

I came across this reported 40% discount:

The article stated you should contact ChessKid support with your Chess com username. If their support is similar to here, try the billing related option

yeah, have only been able to reach AI bots on their site despite a couple attempts over last few days, thus resorting to trying here where a human response was possible - I of course left my username and email with their bots to try to get a human response - fair enough, thanks for the suggestion
