My premium expired the 19th while I paid on the 14th (I pay monthly, I can't afford to pay for a year in one go.) I contacted chess.com and Matt told me to resubscribe, and get a premium on auto-renewal basis. I can't do that as I don't have a credit card. Besides, I already PAID for my premium! Matt did not make sure I got what I paid for nine days ago so I opened a paypal case.
