How long after I've made a payment do I begin to be allowed to access premium services?  The money has been taken out of my account yesterday but I still can't even access the play the computer bots.  Yes, I've reached out to customer service...can anyone tell me how long before I can expect to hear from them?

It depends on the purchase method. Via the website, it should be immediate. On the apps, if the store account address doesn't match the account address it may apply to a different account or need staff intervention.

It can take a couple of days for staff to respond, but it depends on ticket loads. Being the weekend, you may not get contacted before Monday.
