So I accidentally forgot to cancel my free trial for chess.com diamond membership, and got billed for a year of premium. I sent a request to chess.com support and all they've been doing is asking if I'm really sure I want to cancel my membership. It's been 8 days since I sent the original request, which was the same day I was billed. I've noticed that you have 30 days to get a refund, so do I not get my money back if they don't end up refunding me within 30 days?
