The same position must occur 3 times to call threefold repetition. The other player is moving his bishop all over, so no position has occurred three times.

I am playing this chess game and it's copmplete draw. But he wont accept draw. I have played Bf6-Be5 and Be5-Bf6 many times and push on the draw button but nothing happens. What should I do? This is really annoying.
