Problem installing Themes on Android tablet

And now we have more than a month since I reported the bug. Still no substancial reaction, no information, no whatsoever...

Honestly, if this is the general and usual company's strategy I have no reason to either recommend to my friends paying for chess.com nor to prolong my own membership.

+1 for me too.

Same issue on Android tablet (Galaxy Tab S). Themes appear to be downloading, but then don't change from the "Dark" theme. Cannot install whole themes, or custom combinations of pieces / boards / backgrounds. I emailed support a couple of days ago with this issue, yet to hear back.

Yes, there's a wait period of 48 hours & you must finish 10 games.

six weeks now, the last five without getting any helpdesk/support notification (...and still counting).

This seems to become a »sticky« thread.

At last, this works. Last update 3.3.10 fixed this bug. It also fix rating range bug, where I could not change min/max values (actually it changed it but not saved).

@jakku Finally! Thx for the info. I can confirm, it also works here now. Nonetheless I'm pretty disappointed by the chess.com staff. After one week of pointless exchange of e-mails I never received any notification by them, even not now, after the problem seems to be solved.
