Problem posting game into forum message

I am trying to insert a game into a forum message, but the problem is, I can copy it from my computer, when I go to paste it in the little box, the paste option is not available. what am I doing wrong here ?

Click on the chessboard button and enter the game there.

OK, I think I see now what I did wrong, I need to copy and paste the text part of the file, not the file itself.
