Are you referring to the chess pieces disappearing while you are playing a Live Chess game? I would recommend that if this occurs that you try using the "Control R" keys to do a hard refresh in the Live Chess as this may help to correct this issue. Also, you should try to clear out your browser cache and temporary internet files as this should help to correct any problems as well.
