Problem with online chess

I have a problem with online chess. Each time I try to continue game it says Error: Unknown aplication version and I can't see the figures on the table. Help please.

I'm using IE7 This is the page http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=6461808 And I'm getting the same problem with ChessMentor
but not when I play against the computer

there must be something wrong with your javascript. playing against the computer uses totally different technology. try clearing all of your browser history and cache, and refreshing totally. try rebooting your computer. finally, can you attach a screenshot?
