the one that i have now was the first one that i have made,but when i had every thing the way i wanted it and clicked save it went right back to my old theme. (just like what happened to you!)
Sometimes a white page comes up with the words '503 Service Unavailable' on the top left corner.
Anyone with me on that?
But then now the theme is working.... -shrug- Eh, I don't know
search google (or duck duck go) for "503 service unavailable"

Having the exact same problem here. Any new theme background I create will revert back to the old background. I also have no editing capabilities and get the same 503 error.

The old background isn't showing up, which is great....but now often times the page will revert to the default chess.com page.

Hi guys. Sorry you're still having troubles with themes. Are you seeing the same errors, or are the themes seemingly disappearing from your page when you click on certain links throughout the site? Are you using windows 7 and Firefox / Chrome? Does it seem to happen in any sort of pattern (when you click a certain link, after being on the site for so long, etc.)?

Of course, the themes don't work at secure.chess.com, where it randomly redirects you at times.
For me, the background image doesn't show on some computers and it does on others. Strange, since both use Chrome....

I've been having trouble with changing the picture in my theme for chess.com, and so finally I deleted it and started a new theme. I got it all set how I wanted, but when I clicked 'Save Theme' the page reloaded, the options stayed the same, but nothing happened to the actual page! So my theme isn't working...is anyone else having this problem? Is it just a technical glitch that will be resolved soon?
