Problem with tournaments ;/

Hello everyone on this great site! I have a big problem with joining the tournaments. Everytime I try to the ugly red comment warn me "You must have completed at least X Online Chess games to compete in this tournament". I have played 18 games on this site and I have no idea what is wrong. Thank you very much for answer.

It says that you haven't played any online games yet.

There's a difference between "Online" chess games - which are correspondence style, are days/move, and which may take a few months to complete - and the "Live" chess games - which are OTB style where you can play one or more games in one sitting.

Since the tournaments are in the correspondence style section of the site, it is those games that you must have played.  You currently have zero "Online" chess games, but you have nearly twenty "Live" chess games (as of this comment, at least).

Also note that the restriction requires you to play rated games, so make sure that any Online games you play are rated.
