Are any of you able to get me a screenshot or a tactic ID so I can look further into this?
I need as much information as you can give/remember so I have an idea of where to start looking for the issues you're having with the tactics.
ok, i realized, when the board freezes, the only way not to loose the points is to close the current browser window with chess.com/tactics, open new window and go to chess.com/tactics. Because, when clicking on reload button or go back instead, a new problem begins and the previous ends with lost of all points even if the first move was correct. When the browser is closed the current tactic problem is abandoned and does not appear in the history and so no ID of the problem. Sometimes when the tactics problem consists of a couple of moves, the board stops after the first move and I have to wait until the opponent moves which can be a very long time. This might be also interpreted as a freeze. Maybe there are days when the server with the tactics databases is lagging or too busy. Today I had only one freeze, but two days ago on friday when i posted the first message above, the freezes occured almost once in every 4 to 5 tactics problems.

just wondering if anyone else has the same problem, which is very frustrating for me. every time when i learn with the Tactics Trainer i loose in a session about 100 score points just because the results of a current exercise do not apper, but instead everything freezes and the only i can do is to reload the browser. This results in loosing all the points of the current excersice. This happens to me once in every 4 to 5 exersices. I'm using two computers Windows 7 and Mac OSX both running Firefox, so it might not be a problem of my computer. please help
