     Just played this game. Drawn by agreement because neither king could get to the other side. Weird. Does anyone know what this is called?

That position is "dead" and should be automatically decleared a draw. 

This happened in an auto-balanced odd's game against my friend. In the initial position, I did not have a queen. Eventually, we entered a 2 rook vs 2 rook endgame as my opponent gave up 2 minor pieces for a miscalculated attack. They gave up their rooks in order to get a queen through; And after misjudging the position, I was able to run and hide my king in the corner on the back rank of the enemy king and use my rooks to shield. Eventually, we reached this position
And by GOD is it a spectacle.

This is one of my weirdest stalemates ever. I was playing as black and after my opponent took my last minor piece, he stalemated me in an unusual position.
