Profile Settings

Dear Support-Team or anyone that can help me with that,

I want to change something on my general profile settings, like my Name and Last name etc., but I can't press "Save" without getting the error message "Your minimum rating must be above 100.", eventhough I am above 100 rating in every way. 

Does anyone have a solution for it?

In the About Me section, right-click, Select All, and backspace a few times, then try to save.

You have some old broken data in there that's preventing any updates.

Check what's in your OTB rating section. It has to be blank or over100

It is blank, never played OTB

I was able to test and there does appear to be a bug. Staff have a ticket in about it

So you have -- selected for OTB rating? If not, try changing it to something else, then back to --
