If it was done on the app, it can take a couple of days to be applied.

I purchased a diamond membership through the chess.com Android app, during which time it said I get a week free trial before my one year membership is applied. Cool I thought.
After purchasing through Google Play nothing was applied so I emailed chess.com and the free trial was then applied. I figured the full membership would automatically start after the one week trial however that period has ended and my diamond membership isn't active.
I can provide my order number and show that my account has been debited the subscription fee if needed (through another channel other than this forum). Could someone please get in contact with me via this thread or by email. My address is ross.crockett01 at gmail dot com (wrote out in english to prevent spam from forum trawlers).
