Purchased the yearly diamond membership but have no access to it

I purchased the year long diamond membership through the Chess.com app with Apple Pay. I’ve received multiple charge confirmations through my email from apple and my bank, but none from chess.com. 106$ has been charged to my bank account, but both the chess.com app and website show no signs of me ever doing so. I’ve contacted support a day ago but no response.

There are manual steps that have to be taken to apply app Membership purchases to accounts. It will be applied but may be mid week before that happens. The membership will start on that day and you'll get the full time you purchased.

My understanding is there is a backlog of tickets and the billing staff are working through them. They'll get you taken care of, it may just take a little extra time.
