puzzle battle

I did a puzzle battle recently and my opponent had solved 16 puzzles, same as I. However, he got 3 wrong and I only had 2 wrong. Why did I win automatically when he got his three losses, even though I had the same number of puzzles solved and only 2 losses. I think it should have been a draw if I messed up, it let me claim victory right when he lost.

The time ran out, you got the win with fewer misses

There was over a minute left, and I hit a button that’s a green button with a gray crown with victory under it

Since you could just not do the last puzzle, it's the same as if the time ran out and you could win that way having fewer wrong.

If you didn't want to claim you could have attempted another puzzle instead.
