Puzzle Battle Glitch

A glitch happened when I was playing a Puzzle Battle game today, I realised the twenty puzzles I did, which were all correct, weren't added to my puzzle score. I continued to do puzzles and the score wasn't going up. My opponent's did though. I eventually lost the game with 8 rating points token away from my puzzle battle rating. If a mod or someone working for this app sees this, please help me with the problem.
