Puzzle rating stays the same, since last night

My rated puzzle rating has not gone up or down since last night. Is this a bug? Or some problem on the servers? I've closed and reopened the app but no luck. Anyone else seeing this problem?

I even uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone and reinstalled it. No luck. Is my account flagged or something? I didn't do anything wrong and I've been doing rated puzzles for like 5 years slowly getting better. Please help.

Not true Martin, it's been stuck at 2616 for around 48 hours now, whether I get puzzles wrong or right. If I look thru my puzzle history I can see all the ones I got wrong and right recently. But the score itself stays at 2616. Thanks for trying to help though. I hope their support people see this.

All I can say is that you completed a number of puzzles yesterday and each one gave a rating change.

I have no way of knowing if you did any after reaching 2616.

How are you accessing the puzzles? App or website?

I'm using the Android app. As your screenshot shows, the puzzles until the 28th bring it up to 2616 rating. Since the 28th I keep doing rated puzzles, but it stays at 2616. I contacted support, but I think it'll take days for their response. Maybe I'll try in the browser.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I do the vast majority of my puzzles via the app and haven't seen an issue

Are you using the newer Puzzle Path/Journey or Classic Mode?

Martin, I already said that I uninstalled and reinstalled it, in my posts above... And I said I'm using rated (classic) mode. I also used "clear cache" and "clear data" options from the App setting screen in the Android settings menus.

This has been recreated and devs are looking into it. There was a newer point release on the beta app that I hadn't updated to yet that seems to have the problem.

Just a moderator but I can get bigger problems in front of staff quickly when I see they are widespread or I can recreate them
