I've just found out that my puzzle rush record has been fixed. Now it correctly shows 60.
Hovering over your profile it says 60 as well. But on your profile itself, it says 49 is your record.
Chess.com man lol

Damn, I'm a web developer and don't know what's so hard about fixing this bug. Maybe the database infrastructure is too complex with distributed databases or something.
Faced similar problem recently. I guess there still might be some sort of approval of 50+ for non-titled players or something since my highest score got updated approximately in a week.

It still isn't updated in your profile though. Your profile shows 48 as your personal best, while it shows 56 when you hover over your name.
In my opinion, it is more likely a bug than a lack of necessary approval, and it seems rather recent, a few months at most.
In the last 15 days or so, I've done over 50 about 3 or 4 times, yet profile still shows 49 as PB.

It was displayed in my profile as well for approximately half a day but then got back to 48 presumably after visiting puzzle rush personal leaderboard page, so yeah, I guess some bug is in place.
Good job on multiple 50+ runs

Thank you sir. You too, gratz on the 56. Hopefully they manage to fix that bug in the near future. Not of critical importance but I guess it's always better to have things like that working properly
Bug still not fixed despite an email in November saying it should be fixed in a month or two...
Scored 53 today and it doesn't show on the hourly or daily scoreboard or update my all time high which still shows 51 (should be 55 as I've scored 55 twice in the past).
It's not a bug. It's intentional. A small percentage of the playerbase cheats in puzzle rush. The leaderboard would be an absolute mess without the titled restriction. Cheating in puzzle rush isn't detectable, so chess.com has to use other criteria to filter out the frauds.
Sucks for sincere puzzlers (my 55 score ), but I get it.

Common sense? Chess.com won't tell you this.
Just look at OP's profile for example. He claims he scored 60 with a live rating of around 1400 Elo. Now I'm not saying OP cheated, but out of 100 people with 1400 Elo and a Puzzle Rush score of 60, 99 people probably did. It's too easy to do so and to be on top of the daily leaderboard or just have a high score in general is motivation enough for some people, especially young ones.
Does anyone asked chess.com support?
I made a bug report and they told me they were working on fixing it. I've encountered more bugs, not only this one, so I don't know if they are ok with the platform failing some times or what.

Yeah sure, think whatever you want. My puzzle record is for me to look at. I don't care about any leaderboard, it's not even that high. Any way I don't even do puzzles or play that much anymore.
My son is 6 year old, started playing chess half year ago. Two days ago he scored in puzzle rush survival 24. Just in one day he upgraded from 16 to 27 first and then straight upgraded to 24. He attends chess club twice a week and he is not sitying the whole day kearning chess. So how to inteprete his abilities he just started learning openings. But he is fast thinker.
This has been a glitch for a very long time. I reported it years ago and the answer is always "a fix is coming soon" for years and years and years. I just crashed through the 50 ceiling myself scoring a 54 yesterday (my previous best was 47) on survival, with meticulous calculation and patience, and while my score is updated in my personal best, the friends leaderboard is not updated. I had very similar experience with the 3- and 5-minute friend leaderboards where the leaderboard display was not updated for months after achieving a higher score
Sad to see this bug has not been fixed yet. Being able to see your highscore on top hourly, or top daily after doing really well is always very nice. Just hit 52, first time past 50 ever! Still celebrate your victories, we do this to improve not for a bigger number next to our names.
