Puzzles checkmate sound when playing on the computer

I've been trying to figure this out for months now
Is anyone else not hearing the checkmate sound while playing puzzles on the computer or is it just me?
I contacted support multiple times but they just have the same copy paste reply with clear your browser history but that never worked and I tried it on multiple browsers and multiple computers. I can only hear a regular move sound when it's a clear checkmate. The sound works perfectly fine only when I'm playing puzzles on the phone app.
Please let me know if you have the same issue 🙏
