Puzzles Glitch

I was doing puzzles and my puzzles rating was 701, then I left and came back because my “next” button was stuck as the hint button. I came back and did a puzzle first try and my rating dropped all the way down to 0. Anyone know how to fix this?

It's just a visual glitch. Your rating isn't 0
