puzzles on app

the puzzles for the app are not showing up, so i am forced to use the browser app on my phone. yet for some reason puzzle rush will automatically open in the app when I open it on Chrome, even though I cannot access it manually on the app. i've uninstalled and reinstalled yet nothing seems to work - I even left the beta programme. does anyone else have this issue and if so how do I fix it?

Try clearing the app data. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall. 

If you were on the beta app, you would need to uninstall after leaving to get the current release anyway.

sadly, i've cleared app data, uninstalled and reinstalled, left beta program and uninstalled, but nothing seems to work. 

I have the same problem. Reinstalling didn't help. Did you find a solution?

I'm haven't noticed any problems with Puzzles on my Android App.

I'm running version v4.5.8 on Android version 10 and it was just updated earlier this week.

It looks like this latest version did some relabeling of the Play to Home button and it seems they changed the default Login Screen to a Signup Screen. Other than that, v4.5.8 seems fine.

Same problem for me on app version 4.5.8-googleplay-261923 on Android 13

same problem have puzzle rush and battle but no path im on an android 10 and app version is v4.9.43-googleplay-267115. it only worked when im logged out pls help.

i mean android 11

Support said they are going throught a bunch of glitches to get fixed.
