Question about reopening a closed account

When I try to login in my alt after self-closing the account, it says that my password is incorrect;-; even though both email and password are correct. 

I also tried changing password and than logging in but it just shows incorrect password everytime, what to do?

I also can login in other sites with this password, but not in chess.com...

After you close an account, I think you need help from Support to reopen it.

Tried both, nothing works

Is your account linked to Gmail?

Not sure about that, how to check?

Go to settings>account>connected account

And check if it's linked anywhere.

And have you reopened the account or facing problem in that too

Maybe they changed something again but a couple of months ago a user could just log in without contacting Support

It the steps there do not work, you'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu.
